Warranty Period and Scope

1. The product is eligible for free full unit warranty for non-human functional failures occurring under normal use within 1 year from the date of receipt. 2. The warranty does not cover non-functional issues such as cosmetic scratches, subjective assessment of sound quality, natural aging of accessories, and natural attenuation of the battery. 3. Promotional gifts, second-hand resales, and grey market imports (overseas non-authorized products) are not covered by the warranty.

Prerequisites for Free Warranty

1. Provision of valid proof of purchase (invoice, order screenshot, etc.). 2. The product shows no evidence of human-caused damage and no unauthorized disassembly or repair. 3. The failure was not caused by misuse or external factors. 4. The application must be submitted within the valid warranty period.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

1. Failures caused by improper human operation, such as misuse, dropping, liquid ingress, dust ingress, or using non-original adapters. 2. Issues resulting from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or the use of non-original accessories. 3. Abnormalities caused by using unauthorized software or unsupported connection methods. 4. Damage resulting from force majeure, such as network or voltage anomalies, lightning strikes, or flooding. 5. Performance degradation of consumables like batteries due to natural aging or overcharging. 6. Non-failure issues, such as Bluetooth disconnection, software lagging/stuttering, or differences in sound quality preference. 7. Missing or damaged product labels, anti-counterfeit codes, or serial numbers. 8. Policy incompatibility issues arising from cross-regional usage. Minor cosmetic scratches and stains are considered normal wear and tear from use and do not constitute a quality issue.

Warranty Service Content and Form

Within the scope of the warranty, we will provide one of the following services, depending on the product's condition: 1. Free repair of the faulty part or replacement of the damaged module. 2. Replacement with a factory-new unit of the same model or an alternative product with equivalent performance. 3. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will provide depreciation compensation within a reasonable scope. ⚠ Warning: All replaced parts become the property of the brand and cannot be reclaimed by the user.
